About Quest

RVUSD Quest offers students ages 5-14 a variety of after school and Summer day programs based on a wide array of interests. Exceptional instructors including professionals from specialized fields, local artists, and teachers from RVUSD offer classes to spark each student’s interest, creativity and curiosity. RVUSD Quest Programs are open to ALL Sonoma county students!

If your student does not attend RVUSD, please fill out this Waiver and submit it to sevans@rvusd.org

If your student takes the bus, walks, or rides a bicycle home after their Quest course, please fill out this Special Release Form and submit it to sevans@rvusd.org

If your student is registered for a morning Summer Quest course and an afternoon Summer Quest course, Quest Staff will provide a supervised lunch hour between both programs. Parents are responsible for providing all snacks and lunches for their students.

Hogwarts Adventure
Quest

Calling all young witches and wizards to a spellbinding Hogwarts adventure this summer! If you are charmed by the wizarding world, then this is the class for you! After being sorted into Houses, come create an owl to sit in our owlery, try your hand at Spells and dueling, and find your Patronus in Defense Against the Dark Arts. And, because every magical journey requires a wand, we’ll make those during our adventure as well! Herbology (with Mandrakes!), and Astronomy will round out our schedule of classes before taking on End of Term Projects and tallying House Points. Come join the fun!

TGA Junior Golf Summer Sessions
Quest

TGA brings the game of golf to children with a fun, easy to retain camp curriculum. Thousands of kids nationwide learn and grow with TGA and the game of golf. Our goal is to introduce, educate, and excite children to develop life skills & play golf for a lifetime! We understand children develop at different rates and stages, so our staff recognizes individual achievement and rewards positive attitudes! All equipment is provided for any size or dexterity. Everyone receives a camp prize. TGA turns School Fields into full-service driving ranges: • Camp begins with putting and chipping and G.A.S.P. (Grip Aim Stance Posture) • Daily activities rotate between putting, chipping, full swing, golf education, rules & etiquette stations. • Camp ends each day with either a skills challenge or friendly game. • Daily games encourage teamwork, friendly competition, and sportsmanship. • Campers play a ‘mock course’ to give them a course feel. It's a Bug's Life

Welcome to the weird, wonderful world of bugs! During this exciting, science-filled adventure, you’ll discover why certain insects buzz, which prehistoric bug was the size of a large bird, and other fun facts. Learn about beetles, dragonflies, moths, and more and find out how they fly, jump, chirp, sting, and communicate. Discover how to Identify and observe insects nearby, conduct scientific experiments, and participate in STEM activities like testing an ant’s strength and making a paper bug that actually moves. Along the way you will find lots of opportunities to explore the amazing world of bugs!
